Most items purchased from sellers listed on Santparampara.com are returnable within the specified return window unless explicitly marked as non-returnable.

For products returned by the customer, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for pre-paid transactions) or as a credit to the bank account/Santparampara Pay balance (for Pay on Delivery orders). **General Return Policy**

If you have received products that are physically damaged, missing parts or accessories, defective, or different from their description on the product description page on Santparampara.com, you may return the applicable products within the specified return period.

Returns will only be processed if:
– It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
– The product was not different than what was shipped to you.
– The product is returned in the original condition (with brand/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories included).

If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to return. Santparampara shall not be liable in any way for any misuse or use of such information.

Products are not eligible for returns under certain circumstances, including cases of buyer fault, such as the wrong model or color of the product ordered or the wrong product ordered.

Products marked “non-returnable” on the product detail page are non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event that a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to inquire about damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement. We reserve the right to take the product to find out the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement.

Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise specified in the category-specific policy.

Items may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.

If a replacement request is made and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, you will be issued a refund.

Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders placed by international customers are eligible for refunds, and customers need to contact customer service within 5 business days from the delivery date or estimated delivery date to receive refunds.

Santparampara reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts if customers are found to be abusing the return policy by making excessive returns, or by canceling or not accepting orders placed.

However, in the unlikely event that a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. Musical instruments | 7 days replacement only. In the event of the delivery of a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item, the item shall be eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please keep the item in its original condition with a branded outer box, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in the manufacturer’s packaging for pick-up for a successful return. Irrevocable – for all wind instruments (harmonicas and flutes). Due to the hygiene/health and personal care/wellness nature of the product, this item is non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event that a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
